Our Curriculum at a Glance

Tagore Public School’s academic ethos centers on nurturing students’ intellectual and creative talents, encouraging them to remain engaged and passionate throughout their professional and personal lives.

 

Students are guided to understand their culture, history, geography, science, and languages within an international context, preparing them for a globalized world.

At Tagore Public School, we expect students to be independent thinkers, develop strong critical reading, writing, and analytical skills, and value research across the curriculum. They are encouraged to be self-motivated through a genuine passion for learning.

 

Our school follows the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum and adheres to its guidelines. Students are grouped as follows:

 

Pre-School and Pre-Primary Years: Providing a nurturing environment where children build self-esteem and learn foundational skills essential for lifelong progress.

  

Primary Years (Classes 1 to 5): Focusing on the broad-based development of cognitive, social, emotional, cultural, and physical skills, with an outcome-oriented approach for personalized support and challenges.

 

Middle School Years (Classes 6 to 8): Supporting students through the transition to high school, fostering positive attitudes, goal setting, and perseverance.

 

Senior School Years (Classes 9 to 12): Preparing students for future careers with detailed knowledge of intermediate courses, college options, and entrance exams, including counseling for selecting the appropriate stream and subjects for higher education.
