Established Parents Working Committee

The Parent Working Committee (PWC) at our school serves as a vital structure through which parents and guardians collaborate to enhance the educational experience for their children. Recognizing the importance of parental involvement in creating a safe and conducive learning environment, the PWC is formed from a select group of parents who actively engage in decision-making processes regarding both academic and non-academic programs.

Key objectives of Parent Working Committee we target to achieve:

  1. Active Participation: The PWC encourages parents to be active speakers in discussions about school policies, programs, and initiatives, ensuring that their voices are heard in the decision-making process.

  2. Collaboration with School Administration: The committee works closely with school leadership to identify areas where parental input can lead to improvements in the educational framework and overall student experience.

  3. Support for School Initiatives: Parents are encouraged to support various school initiatives, events, and programs, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration.

  4. Organizing Meetings: The PWC holds regular meetings to discuss important topics related to the school, gather feedback from parents, and plan upcoming events that benefit the student body.

  5. Facilitating Communication: The committee acts as a bridge between parents and the school, ensuring that parents are informed about school policies, events, and their children's academic progress.

  6. Engaging in Fundraising Activities: The PWC often organizes fundraising events to support school projects and initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of facilities and resources available to students.

  7. Promoting Community Involvement: The committee encourages parents to volunteer for school events and activities, fostering a sense of belonging and community among families.
